‘Valencia Plaza’ and ‘Levante’: Grupotec's participation in the new Turianova Shopping Center.
AQ Acentor, the promoter of the German fund Aquila Capital, has obtained authorization for the development of a large commercial and leisure complex of great architectural singularity in Turianova, the ‘mega-neighborhood’ that the company promotes together with the Hospital La Fe de Valencia on an extension of 500,000 m2.
The development of this center, led by AQ Acentor, has the participation of Grupo Bertolín, Grupotec, SiGLA and the architect Fernando Sanchez de las Matas in charge of the design.
