1.Selection (publication of offers, curriculum screening and evaluation of candidates)
2. Personnel administration (review of payroll, contracts and coordination with external consultancy, update of databases, preparation of reports)
3.Training (monitoring the training plan, training evaluation)
4. Collaboration in the execution of projects related to people management.
-Experience in a similar position
-Training: Bachelor or Degree in ADE, Business, Law or Psychology.
-Postgraduate training in Human Resources will be valued.
-High level of English essential.
-Dominico Office Package.
