We promote health and physical activity
We actively promote the health and wellbeing of the people who make up our teams through Grupotec Social & Saludable, a programme that fosters physical, emotional and social wellbeing within the organisation. We do so by providing access to sports facilities, events, team discounts and an on-site gym at our headquarters.
We Support Mental Wellbeing
Caring for the emotional health of our team is just as important as caring for their physical health. That is why we organise stress and emotion management workshops, emotional intelligence training. We complement this approach with a proposal on psychological support.
Social Initiatives
Grupotec Social & Healthy also encompasses social initiatives, corporate volunteering and partnerships with specialist organisations, connecting the care of our people with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on society.
