TECHNICAL PROFILE
Location: Colombia
Grupotec Colombia S.A.S is a Colombian company subsidiary of the Spanish Grupotec Servicios Avanzados S.A
Functions:
The person chosen will be responsible for leading all aspects related to the development of the different photovoltaic solar projects, from their origin stage to the start of construction, including:
-Identification and creation of opportunities for the development of “greenfield” projects.
-Identification and creation of opportunities for the development of “brownfield” projects, either through co-development with local partners or through the acquisition of projects already under development.
-Manage the development of own solar projects and supervision of projects co-developed by third parties for the company.
-Identification and creation of opportunities for the contracting of EPCs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) of solar projects in the country.
-Identification and creation of opportunities for the sale of energy through PPA contracts.
Requirements:
-Engineering training. Highly valuable Master Solar Energy and Renewables or similar.
-Experience in the Renewable Energy sector in Colombia. Highly valuable if you come from the photovoltaic sector.
-More than 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in positions with similar responsibilities.
-Knowledge of the Colombian energy market.
-Availability to travel. Up to 50% of your time.
