Logistics platform for the footwear design, development and distribution industry

A new logistics centre for Tempe Levante — an Inditex Group subsidiary responsible for managing footwear and accessories across all its brands — at Parc Sagunt I (Valencia), for which Grupotec is acting as the lead engineering firm. The facility is being built on a 280,000 m² site and will have a total floor area of 141,000 m². Located next to Mercadona’s largest logistics centre in Spain and at the heart of the Mediterranean industrial hub, the project is scheduled to become operational in mid-2027 and will consolidate Sagunto’s position as one of southern Europe’s major logistics hubs.
