Head office of a logistics company

The new office building for the logistics operator El Mosca in Molina de Segura is conceived as a large, cantilevered white structure that juts out over the logistics platform, becoming a signature feature of the company at the entrance to the complex. The architecture combines clean-lined volumes and large glazed sections framed by a striking envelope, creating an iconic form that provides protection from the sun and frames the views.

Head office of a logistics company

Comfort for work teams

The interior is organised around a double-height foyer which serves as a welcoming space and the symbolic heart of the complex. Here, the warmth of the timber cladding and the continuous flooring link the building’s contemporary appearance with the company’s roots in transport and the countryside. A black, light and sculptural staircase connects the two office floors and becomes the focal point of the route.

The ground floor houses the reception, waiting rooms, meeting areas and social spaces linked to the lobby, whilst the first floor accommodates the open-plan workspaces, offices and main meeting rooms. Workstations are organised into open-plan work islands alongside the glazed façade, benefiting from natural light and a visual connection with the outside. Circulation routes surround the central atrium, encouraging interaction between teams and allowing for multiple perspectives on the space.

On the first floor, the offices are arranged in rows running parallel to the façade, with open-plan workspaces, glazed offices and meeting rooms overlooking the large perimeter balcony. The circulation routes serve as social corridors, running alongside the central void and connecting the various departments whilst offering constant views of the outside.

The architecture combines bold volumes with a sense of material lightness: large expanses of white concrete and glass blend with dark metal profiles and glass balustrades, creating a modern, high-tech look. The result is a headquarters that integrates corporate identity, functional efficiency and a spacious experience, where the daily life of the offices constantly overlooks the logistics landscape that gives them their purpose.
