Energy Management System for the food industry
Implementation of an Energy Management System, through the monitoring of energy consumption, resulting in a reduction in both energy and financial costs, as well as in environmental impact. It was implemented at the two main production plants of the Dulcesol Group, one of Spain’s largest manufacturers of pastries and baked goods. The system integrates continuous, real-time monitoring of electricity consumption with constant current readings, graphs showing consumption trends over time by production line, and an active consumption dashboard broken down by view. The platform enables the production team to know at all times which line is consuming what, to detect deviations and to address inefficiencies in real time.
