Aylesford BESS Energy Storage Plant

Battery energy storage system (BESS) in Kent, in south-east England, one of the fastest-growing energy storage markets in Europe. The project forms part of Grupotec’s strategic commitment to energy storage as a key service for the stability of grids with high renewable energy penetration. With 29 MW of power and 29 MWh of capacity, the system contributes to the flexibility and reliability of the UK electricity system.
