The project is part of the renewable energy auction held in Spain and developed entirely by the company itself. The project is the second major investment by GRUPOTEC within the framework of a growth plan that plans to build 500 MW in Spain in the next three years.
After closing the financing of the project, obtaining all the administrative authorizations and designing the project, GRUPOTEC now undertakes the construction work on the ground, both of the photovoltaic plant and of the lifting substation (30kV- 132 kV) and the high-voltage power line. Underground voltage at 132 kV one step below the AVE line of the Albacete-Villena section. These construction works will be carried out throughout 2019 to install a total power of 50 MWp on a single axis tracker and that will reach an estimated production of 107,000 MWh per year, which represents the generation necessary to supply a population with green energy. of 41,300 homes.
