Grupotec was responsible for drawing up the installation designs and supervising the construction work for the facilities at the IMSKE Hospital for Traumatology and Rehabilitation, located in Valencia. This hospital was specifically designed for the comprehensive treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, featuring advanced equipment and a high level of clinical specialisation.

The clinic is designed as a precision-engineered centre for wellbeing, where operating theatres, rehabilitation and diagnostic facilities are interconnected through flexible layouts that prioritise patient comfort.
The centre has five state-of-the-art operating theatres, two inpatient wards, two outpatient departments and two rehabilitation wards, which include a heated swimming pool for specific treatments. In addition, there are diagnostic imaging areas, a laboratory, functional rehabilitation areas and technical facilities, all of which require very precise coordination of the mechanical, electrical and specialist systems.
Work began in July 2018 and was completed in June 2020, at which point the centre became fully operational. Throughout the process, Grupotec’s work has focused on ensuring maximum patient comfort, the building’s energy efficiency and the flexibility of the facilities to adapt to future medical and technological needs.
