POSITION: Project administrator

PLACE OF WORK: Trinidad and Tobago

DATE OF INCORPORATION: Immediate

Mission (Main objective of the position)

BEING INCORPORATED INTO THE ENGINEERING DIVISION, ITS MAIN OBJECTIVE WILL BE TO CARRY OUT THE FUNCTIONS OF ADMINISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL OF THE AREA’S PROJECTS.

Functions & Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the team in terms of document management
  2. Document monitoring of the certification process both in the office and on site, including computerized document management on a platform shared with the client.
  3. Collaborate in writing reports and managing offers.

Required profile:

TRAINING:

  • Administrative FP or similar

Experience:

Minimum of one year’s experience as an administrative officer specialized in managing the execution of construction or industrialized building works.

Specific compentences:

Teamwork, proactivity, motivation for the position, results orientation.
