Tabernas solar power station

A ground-mounted solar power plant in the Tabernas Desert, Almería, one of the areas with the highest levels of solar radiation in Europe. Developed, built and subsequently operated as a Grupotec in-house project, Tabernas pioneered the company’s vertical integration model — development, engineering, construction and operation under a single management structure — and became an internal benchmark for subsequent development projects in Spain.
