"The new hotel is situated in the Poblats Marítims district of Valencia, in the Malvarrosa area, and reinforces the Hines investment fund’s commitment to the hospitality sector in Spain. It is conceived as an innovative aparthotel designed to offer flexible and contemporary accommodation. Grupotec has been involved in the development, design, project management and construction of the building, which will have 284 rooms and capacity for 333 guests. The ground floor will house the reception, the main entrance and some of the rooms, whilst the upper floors are reserved for the remaining units, tailored to different types of stay.”

The complex is complemented by spacious communal areas on the lower ground floor, which will include a gym, a co-working area, a multi-purpose room, a lounge, public toilets and a laundry room, as well as a café with a kitchen and adjoining spaces for guests’ use. The building will have two levels below ground level, with a basement designated for car parking and a semi-basement housing these communal spaces, thereby optimising the use of the above-ground floor space.
