Solution

From commercial space to a vibrant urban promenade
The preliminary design has been drawn up by FSM Arquitectos, whilst Grupotec is responsible for the basic and detailed design, working entirely using BIM methodology to coordinate all design disciplines. This is a strategic project within the new Turianova urban development, set to become a major commercial and leisure hub on a metropolitan scale.
The design is centred around a large linear park that runs the length of the development, dotted with points of interest and features that create experiences and give meaning to visitors’ journeys. The aim is for Infinity to function as a genuine urban meeting place, going beyond the traditional concept of a shopping centre, by offering spaces for strolling, socialising and enjoying oneself.
Its facilities include the linear park itself, retail areas, a supermarket and extensive recreational and leisure areas featuring restaurants, a gym, a wave pool, a beach club and cinemas, as well as spaces set aside for a hotel, offices and apartment blocks. Infinity thus brings together retail, leisure and service sector uses within a single development, creating a vibrant, mixed-use destination.
