Construction Project Manager

Grupotec is looking for a Construction Site Managers whose main mission will be to monitor the execution of the assigned project as well as ensuring compliance with the schedule, while applying company’s quality standards, considering the budget, and applying the necessary measures to guarantee the safety on site.
Key responsibilities:

1. To ensure safety on site, and budget, quality, and execution deadlines.
2. To be responsible for the management of the resources to comply with the schedule without exceeding, as far as possible, the project budget.
3. To monitor the development of the works according to the project, reporting to the project engineer about any project variation.
4. To ensure compliance with legal and institutional requirements related to the execution of works.
5. To track and monitor finishes as well as the application of the good practice guide according to project specifications/Technical Advisor, once the plant is finished.
6. To guarantee the operation, control and monitoring of failures during the PR period and prior to the signing of the PAC, in liaison with the monitoring team, who will oversee compliance reviews.

Requirements:

-Academic background: Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Technical Architecture.
-Technical knowledge of electricity and civil works. -Advanced user of Office tools, Project and SAP.
– Experience in similar position from 3 to 5 years.
